About Me

With over 22 years of leadership, sales, and business-building experience across large multinational organisations in the technology and commercial real estate sectors, I’ve won top producer awards and built high-performance, high-trust sales teams. My professional journey has taken me across Singapore and Hong Kong, and I currently reside in Singapore and Melbourne.

With a deep understanding of the demands of individual production and the complexities of leading others, I know the mindset, pressure, and focus it takes to grow a book of business while building a high-performing team. My commercial experience gives me a grounded, real-world lens, while my coaching integrates psychology, strengths, and neuroscience to help leaders align, decide, and perform — without losing themselves in the process.

In 2020, I transitioned from corporate life and entrepreneurial sales leadership to pursue my passion for professional coaching. Since then, I’ve become a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and hold certifications in Hogan Assessments and EQ 2.0/360. I’m also furthering my expertise by studying for an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London.

Beyond my professional endeavours, I’m an avid road cyclist and happily married for 22 years.
