About Jasmine Vincent Born in Singapore, Jasmine Vincent is a successful corporate warrior and entrepreneur turned Professional Photographer. An avid photographer since her teens, Jasmine received her creative and technical training in Portrait Photography and Lighting techniques at the International Center of Photography in New York, a prestigious photograpy school and museum located at 43rd Street by 6th Avenue. Jasmine focuses on Advertising and Portrait photography. Her favorite advertising work to date is for a HSBC advertisement featured in all major national newspapers in Singapore. On her portrait work, she thoroughly enjoys creating unique and personalized portraits for both corporate and personal clients. She loves the work of master photographers like Peter Lindbergh, Irving Penn, Richard Avedon, Helmut Newton and Annie Leibovitz. One of her favorite quotations is from Leibovitz, “When I say I want to photograph someone, what I really mean is I want to know them”. Her photography career took off when she assisted top photographers for commercial and fashion shoots. Her assistantship has brought her to work with magazines such as Cosmopolitan, Marina Bay Sands’ “Sands Style”, Female, Designare, August Man, Icon, Go Girl and ZbBz. Jasmine has lived in Singapore, Hong Kong and New York, and she is an avid traveler. Her favorite cities are New York, Berlin, Prague and Copenhagen. |
