Background

Before becoming a coach, I spent 22 years in sales, leadership, and advisory roles across the technology and commercial real estate sectors in Asia Pacific — based in Singapore and Hong Kong. I built high-performing, high-trust teams, earned multiple top producer awards, and navigated the pressure of delivering results while managing diverse and demanding stakeholders. That experience gives me a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to perform, lead, and grow in complex, high-stakes environments.

When I’m not coaching, I’m road cycling three times a week and am happily married for 22 years.
